大塚にある日本酒と牡蠣のペアリングの提案を店員さんがしてくれるお店に行ってきました。クラフトビールもあり、おばんざいや食べたことのない珍味、小鉢など多彩な料理を楽しみました。
場所は大塚駅の北口すぐのビルの2階。
ふらっと寄るには少し分かりにくいですが
隠れ家レストランの様相です。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席。
今回はテーブル席に案内していただきました。
カウンター席でしっぽり飲むおひとり様もいました。
まず1杯目はクラフトビールを注文。
小さいグラスと大きいグラスで選べます。
お酒のメニューも豊富だったので
小さいグラスで注文しました。
さて、色々なメニューがあるのですが
一緒に行った友人と意見が合致したのが
もつ煮に感動！！！
初めて食べたタイプのもつ煮でした。
透き通ったスープにプリプリのもつだけ
というシンプルイズベストな逸品。
他の料理に埋もれがちかもしれないけど
このもつ煮、絶対食べてほしい。
しっかり煮込まれていて、柔らかいもつ。
スープも全部飲み干してしまうほどの美味さ。
牡蠣は、生牡蠣と蒸し牡蠣を1つずつ注文。
今日のオススメのものでご用意しますよ〜と言われたので、それでお願いしました。
北海道産の仙鳳趾（せんぽうし）の牡蠣でした。
汐の香りと旨味をたっぷり含み、ふっくらとした身と味わいで美味しかったです。
生牡蠣、蒸し牡蠣それぞれに合う日本酒を飲みませんか？とオススメしていただいたので、ペアリング。
日本酒にとても詳しい店員さんだったので
お任せして味わうことができました。
他にも牡蠣味噌きゅうりを注文。
さっぱりとしていておツマミにピッタリ。
山椒きのこの小鉢も美味しかったです。
日本酒を飲むために、チェイサーが最初から置いてもらえるサービスも良かったなと思いました。
お会計は良い値段でしたが、良いものを食べたので納得。
