今日は、以前から伺いたかったこちらのお店に予約して伺いました。
途中下車になりますが、茗荷谷を通る予定もあってネット予約があったので
ランチタイムで予約させていただきました。

本当は、コースでステーキをいただきたかったのですが、一人だったのとそこまでゆっくりする
時間もなかったので、熟成牛のハンバーグを注文しました。

お店は雰囲気も良く、入ると熟成肉の精肉店といった感じになっていて、量り売りでお肉も購入できるようでした。
店内飲食の入口は、厨房に入るような扉を抜けていって案内いただきました。
予約していたので一人でしたが、広めのお席にご案内いただいて有り難かったです。

ハンバーグのランチは、サラダから提供されてそのサラダもドレッシングのビネガーが程よい
感じでとても美味しいサラダでした。
神戸牛の熟成ハンバーグは、肉感が良く味わい深いハンバーグでした。
付け合わせのお野菜も4種類もあって美味しくいただきました。

次回はコースで伺いたいと思います。
