上レバー：まあ美味しい
上タン：厚切りよりもこちらの方が好み。相当美味い
上ランプ：赤身の旨みが溢れてて最高
上ロース：まあ美味しい
上ミノ：美味しいがもう少し味付けが濃くてもいいかも
ウルテ：食感が良くて美味しい
冷麺：ここの冷麺は必食。お腹いっぱいでもハーフサイズもあるから絶対頼むべき。
今回は事前予約必須の特上タンを注文できなかったが上タン塩でも十分すぎるクオリティー。
赤身肉もタレの味付けが最高で他の赤身肉も次回試してみたい。
飲んで食って1人10,000円弱。コスパも良い。電話対応の時もう少し声を大きくして欲しいかも、笑
