新店探訪❗
こちらはたまたま友達の知り合いが始めたお店と言う事で行ってみました。
焼鳥フリークの人達のインスタでもまだ見かけないお店です。2020/6にオープンしました。
お店の場所は、大塚駅から徒歩3分。焼鳥の名店「蒼天」のすぐ近くです。
店主は、特定の修業先はなく完全自己流との事。
使っている鶏は、大山鶏と黒姫地鶏。
日本酒の品揃えがとにかく豊富です。
好みを言えばぴったりの日本酒
選んでくれますよ❗日本酒好きには堪らないお店。
会計は、9本、3品、日本酒を6種類位飲んで9000円。
焼鳥と日本酒が好きならピッタリのお店だと思います。
