新大塚駅の出口から徒歩１分ほどにあるこちら。
池袋に用事があった際に、こちらに寄ってみました。
店内は、バルのような雰囲気です。
メニューもたくさんあり、時間帯に
よってはハッピーアワーもやっているので
近所の人は使い勝手が良さそうですね。
お客さんも、地元の方が多そうな
印象でした。
白のサングリアで乾杯です。
●鶏白レバーパテ バケット添え680円
お店の手作りです。
臭みもなく、クリーミーで
ワインに合う一品です。
●和牛トリッパのピリ辛トマトソース680円
スパイス効いててトリッパ柔らかいです。
仕上げにかけているレモンがよい風味を
出しています。
結構一皿でもボリュームがあります。
●ヤングコーンのオーブン焼き 380円
ひげまで、美味しく頂きました。
●新玉ねぎのロースト380円
甘くて美味しいです。
●アジのマリネ 680円
さっぱりとして食べやすいです。
一切れが小さめなので食べやすい
大きさです。
●砂肝と新じゃがのコンフィ 680円
砂肝が柔らかく大ぶりです。
新じゃががローストされており
甘味を感じます。
●完熟トマトのアラビアータ 950円
パスタが美味しいバルなので、
パスタは絶対に頼みたいと思って
おりました。
腹パンになってしまったので
麺を少なめで作ってもらいました。
こういう調整をしてもらえるのも
女性にとってはありがたいですね。
生パスタは、お店で手打ちしているとの
ことで、より美味しく感じますね。
ホテルで食べるパスタくらい味が
美味しくてさすがパスタをメインに
されているだけあるなぁと思いました。
