コレで3/4終わった研修
あと少し、、、
気分転換に散歩がてらラーメン屋さんへ。
見た感じは街中華という佇まいだが、
メニューを見るとラーメンしかないので、
ラーメン屋である。
少しだけ外で待ち壁に向かったカウンターに座る。
ラーメン類しかないメニューを見て、
ワンタンメンを
その横に別の紙に書かれた数量限定の
ミニチャーシュー炊き込みご飯を注文。
ご飯はすぐに売り切れた様でギリギリセーフ。
やはりラーメンだけでは寂しいので、
ご飯系はあった方が嬉しい。
色が濃いめのラーメンと、
こちらも茶色のミニチャーシュー炊き込みご飯
共に色ほどしょっぱくはないが、
しっかりと味がついており下町風味ではあるのかも。
ピロビロビロっとしたワンタンと、
沁み沁みのチャーシュー
それに少量のネギとメンマが具材。
ワンポイントにご飯を食べて口の中を味変していく
なるほどねぇ
たまにはこういうのもいいのかもね？
