まだ、ラーメンがおよそ町中華でしか食べられなかった頃の味そのもの。
その店の特徴やオリジナリティを、何も感じられないラーメン。
スープは、澄んでいるようで、澄んでいない、抜けが悪く、出汁より化学調味料を強く感じる。
麺もスーパーで買えるような生麺で、小麦の風味などない。
焼豚は、とても小さいながらも、味染みも程よく、肉質感あり。
メンマは、やはり少量で、食感や味染みもいたって普通。
６５０円だが、満足感はなく、コスパも良く感じられない。
しかしながら、昔はこんなラーメンばかりで、今でも食べられるのかと、ノスタルジーな気分になった。
