コロナ前の5、6年前に1度ワンタン麺をいただきました
王子でラーメンを食べるなら、
かいらくのワンタン麺を食べてみるといいよ
お昼時は並ばないと入れない場合もあるよと言われたので、並びつつ入店し食べに行ったのを思い出しました
その時の食べた感想は、
スープのダシ感がなく、深みがないスープ
麺は割と柔らかく伸びてる感じ…
並んだ割に…

ただ最近になって、かいらくのラーメンおいしいよねって言う噂を耳にして
味も変わったのかなと思って数年ぶりに訪問
ワンタン麺を注文
入店も、たまたますんなり入れたが、その後も満席状態
オーダーしてから着丼するまでの時間は割と待つ
ですが、回転は早い
半分以上残してしまった
だけど、何故こんなに人気店なのか…
ダシのないスープ
ワンタンだけなら食べられた
このスープで麺は啜れなかった
たけど、絶対改善すればもっと美味しくなると思って食べた
胡椒を投入して食べてみた
だけど、やっぱり半分以上残して
ラーメンにごめんなさい
あくまでもラーメンは好みがあるので、きっと他の人はおいしいと感じているのでしょう
やっぱり私の好みではなかった
