王子駅から徒歩４分弱、大通り沿いから一本中道に入ってすぐにあります。東京にパン屋さんがまだ10軒ほどしかなかった時代、1889年に創業したお店です。今なお、地元住民から大人気でいつも混んでいるパン屋です。メディア掲載も多くされています。
平日の18時過ぎに訪問。遅い時間ながら店内はかなり盛況です。気になるパンをいくつか購入。
ガーリックトーストはほどよくガーリックの風味が効いておりバケット利用として最適。
コロッケパンもボリューミーなサイズ。ダイナミックで美味しいですね。その上、250円とお手頃価格。
売切れでなければパンの種類も豊富で気になるメニューもたくさんあったので次回は早めにきてみよう。
