とんかつと麦とろのハーフセット
メニューではミニセットって書いてあるけど、符牒はハーフらしく、伝票にもそう書いてある。
カウンターなのでキッチンの中の動きがよく見えるけど、ほんと無駄がない。だからすぐ出てくる。
久しぶりのとんかつ。角煮がとんかつになっているので、箸でさくっと切れる。まずはとろろをかけずにとんかつでご飯を。衣と肉の食感の違いが面白い。
みずみずしい千切りキャベツにはソースを軽くかけていただく。
麦飯はとんかつで完食。なのでご飯とキャベツをおかわりしてとろろに備える。おかわりしやすいのもカウンターのメリットですね。
とろろ、やっぱり美味しい。麦飯とよく合う。
お漬物となめこ汁とで完食。
美味しかった！

半とんかつと麦とろミニセット定食 1150円税込
土曜日だけど、正午前だったからか、すぐ入れました。カウンターでハーフセットをオーダー。
相変わらず見てて気持ちいいくらいに無駄のない動きで、ちゃかちゃか作っていきます。
程なく登場。カツにデミグラスソースがかかっているが、さらにお好みで卓上のソースを足して、とのこと。
まず小鉢のお豆腐を。あらかじめかかっている青海苔に、醤油をちょい足し。
続いてとんかつを。まずはデミグラスソースのみで。お箸で切れる柔らかさ。
ご飯ともよく合います。やっぱり美味しい。
で、とんかつでご飯の2/3くらい食べたところで、とろろご飯にスイッチ。むぎご飯をちょっとおかわりして、とろろご飯も完食。
お土産でカツサンドを頼んでいた人が。作っているのを見てたら美味しそうでした。
あととんかつのテイクアウトの人も結構いるようでした。
