土曜日14:00。
王子でランチため、寄りました。
以前から、存在は知っていたのですが、
ウインドーに、10食限定で、ビリヤニ始めましたと
宣伝の広告が目に留まったので、店を覗くと、
グループ客のため、プチ満員でしたが、
お店のオーナー？が席を示してくれて、
着席して、ビリヤニとインドビールを注文。
チキンビリヤニは、スープ、サラダ、ライター付きで\98o
KINGFISHERは\6ooです
グループ客の料理が立て込んでいたのか、
ビールとインド方にはポピュラーな炒り米？チウラ？が出てきた後、
サラダ、スープが直ぐに出てきましが、
ビリヤニとライターは少し待ちました。
ドライなKINGFISHERで喉を潤しながら、炒り米を頂きます。
この炒り米は、インドの方が日本に来た時、勧められました。
バスマティライスというインドのお米のチキン炊き込みご飯は、
その独特のスパイシーな香りとパラパラ感が楽しめます。
辛さは、あまりなく、大きい柔らかいチキンが、入っています
サラダは胡麻？とオレンジ色のドレッシングが出てきます
日替わりのスープはオレンジ色で野菜ジュースような甘みがります
ヨーグルトは、みじん切りの野菜（胡瓜？）が入っています。
食感と塩分が絶妙なコンビネーションの美味しさです
インド人シェフが作るビリヤニ、ライターと炒り米で
インド気分を満喫して、満足感の高いランチになりました。
