■ブラッスリーつぐみ
北区尾久駅近くのブラッスリーつぐみでランチしてきました。
明治通りの一本裏側。尾久駅前でお店が並ぶあたりのちょっと手前で住宅街の中にあるお店です。
北区のPayPayの20%バックキャンペーンに釣られてですが、良いお店に巡り会えました。
■牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮と帆立貝のグラタン盛り合わせ
まずはランチサラダから。
サニーレタス、きゅうり、トマトなど。
本日のスープはにんじんのポタージュ。
温かくて甘みが強め。ホッとする味です。
ライスかパンを選べるのでライスをチョイス。
柔らかく煮込まれた頬肉は口の中でほぐれていきますねー。
濃いめのソースも美味しい。
貝の器に盛られたグラタンはマカロニ、帆立、しめじ。
帆立の貝柱がゴロゴロしてます。
ホワイトソースはなめらかですねー。
洋食の花形、デミグラスとホワイトソースを一度に味わえるセット。
両方自信があるんでしょうね。満喫できました。
