店構え
店内は４０人は入れる広さで 非常に綺麗で清潔ですよ
スーツ姿のオヤジ２０人ぐらいが宴会していますねぇ かなり吞んでいるみたいでうるさいなぁ～
注文も間髪入れずにあれやらこれやら
ホールは女性１人なのでてんてこ舞い
そんな 忙しさでも優しく丁寧に対応している接客は好感が持てる
白磁の急須で供された中国茶は上品で美味しい

カラフルで綺麗な丼顔
如何にも塩味色のスープを飲んでみると
塩が強めだなぁ でも 何か違う
岩塩なのか中国の塩なのか分からないが
とても上品な塩味
強めで角があるんだけど ぐいぐい飲んでしまうスープ
鶏出汁は控え目で塩味を邪魔していない
まず 野菜を1つづつ食べてみたところ どれもシャキシャキで炒め加減バッチリ(^^)
全種類を頬張って咀嚼してみると 口の中がいろんな味がして面白い^^
海老は大きくとてもプリプリでしっかりした繊維を感じ噛みごたえがある
全部で8尾 サービス良いねぇ
麺は高加水率の細麺縮れで これといって
特徴無し
全席 喫煙可なので煙草臭い時がある
この店は何を食べても美味しいですよ
