杏花村(きょうかそん)のオープンは１９８５年６月１日。ラーメン激戦区である王子で、およそ四半世紀にわたってラーメンをつくり続けてきました。時代に流されない確かな作りのスープは、今のラーメンブームにもの申す本物の味です。 |

王子のどこで“餃子ビール”を行くか。
王将、桂園、その他本場系中華など全て行ったが、
今のところ、、、おそらくこちらが一番良い感じ。
餃子の皮は薄い。
カリッとジューシー系。
味は特にこれといった特徴はないが、普通な感じがとてもよい。
玉子とキクラゲの炒め物もひじょーーに美味しい。
チャーハンも普通な感じで美味しい。
料理が出てくるテンポは良い感じ。
店は普通の定食屋さん。
喫煙可なので、たまに煙い事もある。
