杏花村(きょうかそん)のオープンは１９８５年６月１日。ラーメン激戦区である王子で、およそ四半世紀にわたってラーメンをつくり続けてきました。時代に流されない確かな作りのスープは、今のラーメンブームにもの申す本物の味です。 |
昔ながらの担々麺。スープは清湯であっさりでうまい。なかなかの担々麺です。麺はストレートで合います。御夫婦お二人で切り盛りしてます。
お昼は半チャーハンついて700円。
かなりお得です。
最近の濃い担々麺に飽きていたので、こういう担々麺がありがたい。
お昼結構混みますので早目がよいかと。
