２５年続く王子の老舗ラーメン店
杏花村(きょうかそん)のオープンは１９８５年６月１日。ラーメン激戦区である王子で、およそ四半世紀にわたってラーメンをつくり続けてきました。時代に流されない確かな作りのスープは、今のラーメンブームにもの申す本物の味です。 |
東京都北区王子にある中華料理店「杏花村」に行ってまいりました。
店舗は、JR王子駅付近の雑居ビル「飛鳥山スカイハイツ」にございます。
分かりにくいですが、入り口が北向きのお店になります。
雰囲気は、いわゆる町中華といった感覚。日本人経営と思われ、誰しもが入りやすいお店だと思います。接客もグッドだ。
「杏花村」は、中華料理店を名乗っているものの、他の店に比べて品揃えは多くありません。
実質的には担々麵のお店と捉えた方が良いかも。
私は、メインで取り扱っているであろう担々麺（税込650円）を注文しました。
ちなみに、クレジットカードは使えないので注意してください。
担々麵は、あまり奇を衒わないオーソドックスな品でした。こういうので良いんだよ。
ほうれん草にチャーシューと、具材は最小限です。値段を抑えてくれるんだったら、これで十分ですよ。
麺は、細めのストレートです。やや固めですが、美味しさはなかなかのもの。
スープは、思いのほか辛かったです。ただ、マイルドよりある程度辛い方が、担々麵を食べている気分に浸れて良いのではないでしょうか。
ちなみに、本レビューのタイトルの由来は、「コロッケ！」という昔の児童漫画から。こんな名前の敵キャラがいたはず。
