２５年続く王子の老舗ラーメン店
杏花村(きょうかそん)のオープンは１９８５年６月１日。ラーメン激戦区である王子で、およそ四半世紀にわたってラーメンをつくり続けてきました。時代に流されない確かな作りのスープは、今のラーメンブームにもの申す本物の味です。 |
王子に所用あり。ランチを検索して行ったけど、大当たり。お昼は650円の坦々麺に、半チャーハンが付いて750円ですよ。びっくり。
この坦々麺が、かなりうまい。先に丼に、胡麻や辛味、酢などを入れておき、あとからスープを足す、昔ながらの正統派の作り方か。
やり過ぎの専門店が多い中、これは逆に際立つ。ストレート麺もぴったり。硬めで頼んでいる方がいたけど、それもいいかも。あと、ひき肉が載ってる四川坦々麺も同じ650円なので、変更可能なよう。
チャーハンも、もちろん作り立てで文句のない味。ペロッと完食。
他の坦々麺も食べたい。わざわざ行く価値、あると思う。
