昼の部閉店14:00 ジャスト 最後の客として滑り込みました。
ご夫婦で営業? 黙々と調理する年配男性と
注文確認，調理，配膳，お会計をこなす女性が手際良く仕事をされてました。
ランチメニューには担々麺 チャーハンセットがなんと¥7oo
今回は店自慢の担々麺単品に餃子に紹興酒を注文
○担々麺麺¥65o・・・辛味と胡麻の風味が交互に現れる濃厚なスープで，
中華麺に良く絡み美味しいです。お値段以上の一品です。
○餃子¥45o・・・タイマーも使わず熟練の技で良い焼き上がりになっています。ニンニクが効いたシンプルな餃子です。懐かしい感じです。
○紹興酒¥45o・・・お燗してもらいました。ぐっとむせるような感じが良いです。
色々な担々麺があるので，それを試しにまた来たいと思います。
