徒歩圏内にありながら、きたなシュランのイメージ先行で来られてなかった町中華に初訪問。
日曜のお昼時、人通りのほとんどないさびれつつある商店街、当店だけは途切れることなく来店客が訪れています。
明らかに現地住人ではなさそうな若いカップルもいて当店人気を物語っています。
女性お一人で手際よく切り盛り。
自分なら確実に腱鞘炎になってしまいそうな見事な鍋捌きです。
10分ほどでタイミング良く餃子とチャーハンが同時にできあがってきました。
餃子はイマドキあまりお値打ち感を感じない600円。
香味野菜のパンチがかなり効いており、ビールがすすみます。
アルコールはビールと清酒だけなんですよね。
チャーハンはちょいしっとり系でビールのツマミにもなりそうなしっかり味付け。
これぞ王道という感じ。
丁寧な接客と言葉遣いも印象的でした。
人気納得な実力派町中華です。
