2020年5月某日の12時前に訪ねた。
上中里駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある寿司店「寿司治」。
かなり奥まった所にある寿司店。
年季の入った店内には先客2名。
カウンター席に1人で座り「ランチちらし」¥900を注文。
ベテランのご主人と奥さんの2人でやっている寿司店のようである。
7,8分ほど待って提供される。
ちらしにはなめこがたっぷり入った味噌汁が付く。
ちらしの具材は、マグロ、イカ、タコ、海老、ホタテ、白身といった海鮮具材に玉子焼きや練り物、漬物が盛り込まれいてる。
海鮮の具材については、鮮度は決して良いとは言い難い。寿司ネタの余りを使用している部分はあろう。
玉子焼き、蒲鉾なんかは良いアクセントになっている。桜でんぶもそれほど甘くないので、このちらしにおいて悪くない存在。
なめこがたくさん入っている味噌汁は程好い塩加減で、食べ応えもあって良い。ちらしとの相性は悪くない。
900円で食べるランチちらしとしては悪くはないと思う。
家庭的な雰囲気の店内で、ほどほどの寿司が食べられる店。住宅街にあるマニアックな立地の寿司治であった。
