北区王子には、ラーメン屋がやたら多い。
その中の一つ「金蘭ラーメン」に行ってまいりました。
訪れたのは休日の昼時でしたが、付近に飲食店が多いせいか、店内にはあまり客がいませんでした。
それほど人気がないお店なのかな?
ただし、ラーメンの味の方は実に秀逸だったという事を、先にお伝えしておこう。
今回注文したのは、店が一押ししていた「豚骨ラーメン・塩」(税込600円)です。600円は安いよね。
麺は細麺と太麺を選べますが、太麺が断然良い。なぜなら、細麺のみ、替え玉1玉を無料で追加注文できるからです。
どうせなら、太麺と細麺両方を食べるのが良いでしょう。
これに加え、ランチタイムには半ライスも無料で食べられます。これら全部込みで600円というのは、コスパが非常に秀逸ですね。
味でも太麺の方が美味しいです。リンガーハットのような口触りの良い麺で、優しい味が塩豚骨スープと良く合います。
女性にもオススメできます。
また、作り方がやたら丁寧なのも高ポイント。
カウンター席から目の前の厨房を見てみたところ、作り手が調味料の分量をきっちり測っている様子が伺えました。
店主は几帳面な性格なのかな?
