2022年8月某日の18時過ぎに訪ねた。
都電荒川線の梶原駅から徒歩2分ほどの場所にある中華ファミリーレストラン「バーミヤン 尾久店」。
広い店内は2割程度客で埋まっていた。
広いテーブル席に1人で座り、目の前のタッチパネルで注文する。
まずは「キリン一番搾り生ビール」¥549→329を注文。すかいらーくのアプリでクーポンを利用して頼むのがコツ。柿ピーが付いてくる生ビールで喉を潤す。
つまみには「ネギザーサイ」¥329を注文する。心地好い食感とザーサイの塩気を楽しむ。卓上のラー油をかけて辛さを増して味わうとより美味しくなる。
つまみとビールを楽しんでいたら、目の前で客同士の揉め事が始まったので少々困った。店員さんが揉め事に気付かなかったのも少々問題アリ。客層が選べないのがファミレスの残念なところ。
メインの料理には「バーミヤンラーメン」¥549を注文してみた。ロボットが運んでくるがどのタイミングで取れば良いのか分からないのが難点。醤油味のまろやかなスープは程好い旨味と甘みを感じる。縮れ麺との組み合わせも非常に良い。一般的な東京醤油ラーメンに少々ジャンクなテイストを追加している印象。万人が食べて美味しいと思えるラーメンがそこにあった。
1人でもグループでも使いやすいバーミヤン。訪問したタイミングでは過ごしやすい環境ではなかったのが残念だが、お得に飲み食い出来る環境は魅力的。個人的には別店舗を利用して料理と酒を楽しみたいと思う。
