At 5:15pm on a Sunday, there were three groups ahead of us. There were only five seats, so it was surprisingly tight. We were shown to a table on the right as we entered. All the seats seem to be smokeless roasters, so there is no sizzling sound, no smoke, and almost no smell. I'm grateful, but it's a little sad. The menu is simple and easy to understand. The thick-sliced marbled tongue salt was sold out, so I ordered marbled tongue salt (2 servings), wagyu beef ribs, and extremely delicious skirt steak. The marbled tongue salt was frozen hard. However, it had a nice elasticity and was deliciously seasoned with salt. The extremely delicious skirt steak was very soft and had a surprisingly light taste. I was hoping for more of a concentrated flavor. The wagyu beef ribs looked delicious, but they were surprisingly chewy and not just fatty. The extra beef liver was thick and fresh, although a little fibrous. The yukgaejang soup was too big, so I left some of it. The spiciness was just right, and it was delicious even with rice. Be careful, if you order a large serving, you will get about 300g of rice. Recommended for those who want to eat a lot. The meat is quite tasty, but the price is also reasonable, so it's neither bad nor bad. It seems that the mother is running the dining area by herself, and it looked quite hard work.
