Free seat and pass charges! ! Free refills on the cabbage served! ! Enjoy the authentic taste of Osaka!
Authentic, particular about the sauce, the batter, and the oil for frying! The new world of Kushikatsu is here! Kushikatsu (Kushikatsu), an Osaka specialty, is extremely delicious. The Kushikatsu sauce |
<Interesting instigation> [Motive for visit] After overtime on a weekday night. Actually, I wanted to eat all of the Iekei Ramen that comes with free refills, but it was late so I held back. The rest of the area is dominated by continental Chinese food, but as I was walking, I came across Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and found a sign that said, ``We've started offering evening set meals!! (Free large servings of rice!!)'' The price is also surprisingly low, so there's no reason not to buy it. [Impressions after entering the store] Entered the store at 8:30 pm. There are about 10 tables and a few counter seats, and it's about half full. It's small for a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Although the number of people infected with the coronavirus is increasing explosively, I no longer feel like people are forcing people to refrain from self-restraint like before. Just take whatever measures you can to avoid causing trouble to people around you or the hospital. When I sat down, I was automatically served a cabbage appetizer, but when I told them I was only ordering the set meal, they withdrew it (lol).I'm sorry for being a customer with a low unit price... There are about 7 set menu items. A cheap set meal costs 600 yen, which is a good price even though it's late. [Menu ordered] ●Chicken cutlet set meal 730 yen Taste: 3.3 Cost performance: 3.7 A large serving of rice is free, but the rice bowl is small, so the portion looks good, but the actual amount is about average. The chicken cutlet is quite large. The signboard said "crispy and juicy," but it was more crunchy than crispy, and not juicy at all. For example, it's like snack food. The fried food is hard and the meat quality is pretty good. However, it's a 730 yen set meal for the evening, so I can't say it's luxurious. Comes with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, and potato salad. Potato salad is surprisingly delicious. The miso soup is made with green onions and wakame seaweed, and I'm grateful to have miso soup. [Overall Impressions] It's cheap at 730 yen for a large free set meal at night, but it's best not to imagine it as "crispy and juicy" at face value (lol), but I think the cost performance is good. Since it's a kushikatsu Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), they should have a kushikatsu set meal, but for some reason it's not on the menu. Well, I guess there aren't many people who eat set meals at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at night. The 780 yen Pork Cutlet set meal is described as ``a dish made with special lard.''
