松屋のセルフサービス店舗は初めての訪問です。
食券を購入し席を確保し、
ご提供口の上にある掲示板を確認します。
水やお茶などもセルフサービスです。
ぬる目のお水が用意されているのが嬉しいです。
出来上がりの表示に自分の番号が表示され、
ご提供口に料理を取りに向かいます。
ビーフハンバーグ定食でライス少な目をオーダー(¥760)しました。
200gのハンバーグは厚みがあってジューシーです。
デミグラスソースに牛100%の肉汁が良くとけ込みます。
少しあぶらが多い感じもしますが、
ご飯にからめると良く合います。
食べ終わった食器は返却口に持って行き、
ご馳走さまでした。
1点マイナスですが、
ドレッシングの容器が汚れていました。
セルフサービスだとテーブル清掃も各自になるのか？
前の方のマナーもあると思いますが・・
