遂に、王子に大阪の串カツのお店ができました。日曜日の21時頃に家族と入店しました。
先ず、生ビール「プレミアムモルツ 香るエール」（390円）と「ビームハイボール」（350円） を飲みました。量が多いので、この1杯で十分に喉を潤せました。
お通しとして、一口大にちぎられたみずみずしい新キャベツが出されました。容器がアルミ製のボールなのが、大阪流みたいですね。
串カツは、お寿司と同じく、品によって値段が異なります。
100円の中から「レンコン」、120円の中から「大阪名物紅ショウガ」と「うずら」、150円の中から「エリンギ」を1本ずつ選びました。
200円の中から「アスパラ」を選びました。これは串刺しではなく、根本をアルミホイルに巻かれた状態で供されました。
他にも注文し、合計10種類の串カツを堪能しました。それぞれ小さいので、多くの種類を少しずつ楽しむことができました。
ソースは濃厚で甘辛いながらもアッサリとしているので、くどくなく食べられました。
2度漬け禁止ということですが、慣れないとついウッカリ2度漬けしてしまいそうになるので、初心者は要注意ですね。
「ポテトサラダ」（390円）は、大きな擂鉢に、じゃが芋、ゆで卵、レタス、マヨネーズが入れられたままの状態で供されました。
これを、添えられた擂り棒を使って、ワイワイ言いながら楽しく潰して混ぜ合わせてから食べました。
マッシュ状態が好きな人もいれば、ゴロゴロ状態が好きな人もいますよね。なので、自分の好みに調節できて面白かったです。
「さいぼし」（580円）とは、馬肉の燻製らしいですね。
紫蘇の葉の上にスライスされた馬肉が盛り付けられ、摩り下ろされた大蒜と生姜が 添えられていました。
馬刺しのような感覚で、美味しくいただきました。
〆に「ぼっかけ丼」（640円）を注文しました。
丼に盛られた白ご飯に、ホルモンと黒蒟蒻の煮込み汁が浸み込んで美味しかったです。
1時間30分ほどで様々な種類の串カツを食べた割には胸焼けせず、満足できました。
大阪グルメは、気取らずに楽しめていいですね。
