tri tip Steak
This Steak is from a part of the chicken called tomosankaku. It's not domestically produced, but it didn't have any bad smell. It's very tender and delicious enough with just salt. Of course, it also goes well with Steak Sauce. I ate it while adding the wasabi and garlic from the counter. I finished it in no time! I ate a hearty amount of meat and my energy was restored. Thank you for the meal~♪

Master lean meat! Order with the phrase. Set items such as salads arrived first. After waiting for a while, Steak appeared with a sizzle and smoke. It's a hot iron plate, and it's rare! There was plenty of pepper on the meat. The meat is definitely lean! ! The edges are well-cooked and the lean meat has a soft texture. Halfway through, I finished the meal with Steak sauce and wasabi. There was no fat at all, and the meat was a little chewy. Thank you for the meal!

ガッツリステーキが食べたくなり
お邪魔しました。
平日の19時頃、先客は沢山
丁度、二人分の席が空いていたので
座ることが出来ました(*´ω｀*)
以前はスタンディングスタイルでしたが
最近は小さなイスが設置されています。
立ち食いの場所に小さなイスがあるので
かなり、狭いですが足が疲れなくて良いかな(^_^;)
普段使いに、ランチを利用していますが
夜は久々(^^;
メニューを真剣に見てしまいました。
ガッツリ肉を食べたくて、リブロースを注文。
サラダセットも付けました。
サラダとスープは直ぐに提供。
ランチと変わらず、可愛いサイズ。
待つこと数分。
ジュージュー音をたてて、ステーキが
運ばれてきました。
かなり肉厚、そしてジューシーなお肉。
知り合いは、ヒレステーキを注文。
分厚いヒレステーキ。
中はレアに近いミディアムレア。
これぞ、肉をガッツリ食べてる感ありありです。
しかし、会計の時、やけに高いなぁ～と
思ったら、300グラムを越えてました(汗)
個人的にリブロース好きなのですが
いきなりステーキさんは、ワイルドステーキが
無難で値段もお得で、美味しいと思います("⌒∇⌒")
また、ガッツリお肉が食べたいときに
お邪魔します(*´ω｀*)

3月中の期間限定価格とのことで、お邪魔しました。
リブステーキで3パターン選べます。
今回は赤身多めのリブトップを注文。
かなり、混雑時間帯のお邪魔でしたので、
焼き上がりまで時間が掛かりました。
熱々の鉄板に大きめのリブ。
ナイフを入れた瞬間の柔らかさ(≧▽≦)
思わず、柔らかいとつぶやいてしまいました。
ライスも普通盛りでも満腹になる量。
ガッツリパワーを貰いました！
