[b: [General review]] About 2 minutes walk from Oji station. Judging from the menu, this udon restaurant is probably Sanuki udon-style, with a wide selection of sake and fish. Shiny and beautiful udon noodles are elastic and stretchy. The texture is similar to the gummy noodles known as Osaka Sanuki, and it's quite delicious (^_^) This time, I had the udon served cold with Tempura, but I think this udon would also be pretty good served warm. It's relatively close to the station, but it's located in an alley off the main street, so it might be a little-known spot. Get off at It's almost 12 o'clock, so I decided to eat lunch near Oji Station today (^_^) There are a few restaurants I had my eye on, but I don't have that much time. This time, we decided on a udon restaurant where you can eat quickly. The shop is near the station, but it's located in a narrow alley just off Odori. The white curtain hanging over the wooden sliding door and the signboard are the landmarks. The store is divided into five seats at the counter facing the kitchen and seats on the second floor (unconfirmed). BGM is by Motohiro Hata and Kami Hirose. There are 3 staff members. The menu includes a lineup of Sanuki udon, including bukkake, zaru, kake, Curry Udon, and curry udon. There are quite a few types. We also have a wide selection of a la carte dishes, and we have a wide selection of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) beverages, including beer, shochu, sake, and highballs, just like you would find at an izakaya.
