焼鳥屋から居酒屋に業態を替えたと聞いてはいましたが、メニューを変えただけのようです。外観も内装も手は入っていないのではないかと思います。そもそも同じ店名使うとは予想していなかったのでちょっと驚きました。
かつて食べた鶏肝刺に感動して、このためだけに再訪したいと思っていました。素材の入荷が思ったようにいかなくなったんだろうと諦めていたのですが、「トロ肝」としてメニューに残っているとは思いもよらず嬉しい限りです。かつては3つの部位を使った盛り合わせ形式でしたが、1種が玉ねぎの上に乗せられたものに変わっていますが、他では食べられない物なので、あるだけありがたいと思うしかありません。肝は量が多いと言われましたが、そんなことはありません。一人一皿頼みましょう。
他にはポテトサラダが良かったのですが、こちらこそ大分量です。一人で利用した場合はこの2品で満腹になってしまうかもしれません。お店はご一考をお願いしたいところです。一人で利用できるお店にして欲しいなあと(今回は二人で利用しました）。
