■ラーメンシェルター
都電荒川線小台駅から徒歩3分くらい。
昨年10月10日にオープンしたラーメンシェルターです。
1周年というInstagramの投稿を見て、開店日に行ったことを思い出しての再訪です。
平日は結構行列ができてましたが、土曜ではギリギリ座れました。
結構日によってメニューが変わるお店ですが、
この日はまぜそば坦々麺と博多風鶏白湯醤油ラーメン。
まぜそば坦々麺をチョイス。こないだまで広島にいたというのに汁なし坦々麺食べなかったなぁ。
■まぜそば坦々麺
痺れと辛さを選べます。今回は痺れ少なめ、辛さ多め。
それでも結構痺れを感じたけれど、ちょうど良いくらい。
胡麻の風味たっぷりでクリーミーなタレを麺に全部混ぜ混ぜ。太麺によく絡みますねー。
途中でニンニク酢を入れて味変。最後まで美味しく食べられました。
■釜揚げしらす丼
お供のご飯は釜揚げしらす丼。ごま油がサッとかけてあります。
まぜそば坦々麺が強めの味付けなのでこれくらいあっさり系がちょうど良いかもしれない。
行くたびに新しいラーメンを食べられる面白いお店です。
