和牛 清湯 塩拉麺 850円

都電荒川線 小台駅より徒歩4分 11時40分着 スムーズに店内へ。
お客さんは4組 カウンターは無く テーブル席に案内されました。
券売機は無く口頭で 注文したのは 和牛清湯 塩拉麺 着丼まで 5分ぐらいでした。構成は 豚ロースのチャーシュー1枚と真ん中に 牛のしぐれ煮と海苔が1枚に薬味のの青葱にカイワレと味玉でした。
スープは和牛の肉と牛骨を炊いた 気持ち白濁したスープ 臭みも無くコクや旨味もあって しぐれ煮を溶くと更にブーストして牛感が上がって とても美味でした。
麺は三河屋製麺の低中加水の ツルパツのストレート
スープメンで使ってたのと 同じとの事でしたので 切り刃は22だったとおもいます。
塩タレの 塩梅も良く 珍しく 丼を傾けてスープ飲みました。難があるとすれば チャーシューです 極薄でした！
トータルでスタッフさんの接客も良く CPも悪く無いので 他のメニューも食べてみたいと思いました。欲を言えば 麺が選べると嬉しいです。また伺いたいと思います。
