小台のRAMEN SHELTERで、カルボなラーメンを。
当初は宮ノ前の永新に向かうも、店員さんが体調不良からめまいを起こしてお店が開けられないって事で、まだ行けてなかった小台のRAMEN SHELTERへ。
夜の部の開始ちょっと前にお店に着いて待っていたら、寒いから中でどうぞと開けてくれた。こういう心遣いはうれしいね。
何を食べようか悩んだ結果、日替りのカルボなラーメンを。
鶏白湯スープにニンニクで炒めたキノコ、チーズ、温玉が乗ったラーメンで、洋風な味わいでこれがなかなか美味い。
途中で温玉を崩し、ブラックペッパーをミルで挽いてよりカルボナーラ風にして食す。ウマ〜
他にも面白そうなメニューがあったので、また来よう。
