I visited after 11 o'clock on a weekday in December 2023. 141 OUJI TABLE is Restaurants on the 3rd floor of Sun Square in front of Oji Station, a 1-minute walk from Oji Station. There were only two customers in the spacious store. Sit alone at a table with a view of the outside scenery. After looking at the menu for a while, I ordered "Vongole Bianco" for ¥990. Salad is served immediately. There is a soup bar available at lunchtime, so I prepare a simple consommé soup with onions. Grab a salad with a sour dressing and drink some consommé soup. The salad has just the right amount of bitterness that is typical of raw vegetables. The consommé soup, which has the flavor of onions, has no special characteristics. After a while, ``Vongole Bianco'' made with fresh pasta is served. Contains plenty of small clams. For some reason, Tabasco also comes along. First, try eating noodles and clams together. The vongole bianco, which had a strong chili pepper spiciness, lacked the soupiness of the sauce. I couldn't enjoy the flavor of the clams, probably because the fresh pasta had absorbed it. The clams themselves gave me a mediocre impression. The low level of cooking kills the quality of the ingredients. Since they used fresh pasta, I wanted them to adjust the water content and serve a juicy Vongole Bianco. Complete the pasta while replenishing the water in your mouth with the consommé soup. It's a shame that the quality of the food is so poor for Restaurants with such a great view. The menu I ordered may have just gone awry, so I would like to use it again after a period of time.
