初夏に味わう酸味の効いたアイスコーヒー
姉妹店でピッツァを食べお腹いっぱいながら
何か少しだけ飲みたい気分だったので王子珈琲焙煎所サクラピアスへ
店内を覗くとバリスタが居たので
今の状況を説明し、おすすめは？と聞いてみると
浅煎りのホンジェラスのアイスコーヒーがおすすめとのこと
席について待っていると、ほどなくアイスコーヒーが到着
浅煎りのせいか若干色が薄いような気もするが
とりあえず一口飲んでみると
なかなか酸味の効いたアイスコーヒーで
まずは酸味、あとから柔らかな苦みが追いかけてきて
口の中から胃の中までさっぱりするような感じがし
食後にぴったり
ホンジェラスと言うとホットで飲むと
苦み、酸味が柔らかくバランスが取れている感じなのだが
アイスにすると酸味が引き立つとはビックリ
帰り際、バリスタが初夏ならではのアイスコーヒーでしょと一言
なるほどなのである
ほんのり甘く桜の香りのラテ
王子珈琲焙煎所サクラピアスでオリジナルラテのサクラピアスラテを一杯
カフェラテに桜の花の塩漬けを散らしてあり登場するや桜の香りが広がり
一口飲んでみると
最初は塩漬けの塩気を感じ、その後にミルクの甘さとコーヒーの苦さが口の中に
塩気が良いアクセントのカフェラテなのです
