``Fueya'' is a Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurants located along an alley in the Teshima area, a few minutes walk from Oji Station on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line. I visited for the first time at lunchtime in late January. The word "hue" is thought to come from Huế, an ancient capital in central Vietnam. Online information says that there are 28 counter seats and table seats in the store, but there was also a large table in the back that could seat about 10 people, and it had a capacity of about 40 people. I take a seat at the end of the counter. The shop was run by two Vietnamese men and women. It was a weekend and there was no lunch menu on the table, so it might just be the regular menu on weekends. So, on this day, I ordered the ``Beef Pho and Banh Mi Set'' (1,210 yen) from the menu posted on the counter. The set was delivered without a long wait. The noodles in “Beef Pho” are white rice noodles. In addition to beef, the ingredients include green onions and onions. "Bánh mì" (bánh mỳ) is a Vietnamese-style baguette sandwich. It is well-established as a fast food in the country and is sold at street food stalls, and I often eat it for breakfast when I visit Vietnam. At this restaurant, the names on the menu are different: `` Sandwiches,'' `` Banh mi,'' and ``ban mi,'' but I personally find it more fitting to call it `` Banh mi'' than ``ban mi,'' which is commonly written in Japan. (^^) The ingredients for this Banh mi include grilled pork, lettuce with carrots and radish. I added all the lettuce that came with it and tried it right away. Pho has a unique smooth texture that is fun (^^) The soup is almost transparent, but it is very rich and delicious. Although the beef is large in size, it is very tender and delicious. Halfway through, I added the chili sauce and garlic vinegar on the table. It was delicious even though the taste was different. Banmi's bread is so hard that it crumbles even when you stuff it in your mouth, making it easy to eat. It had plenty of pork, was filling, and tasted delicious. I drank the pho soup to the last drop and finished it. Thank you for the meal.
