〈知らないうちに勘違いしているかもよ〉
【訪問動機】
金曜のプチ残業後。
会社帰りに食べて帰ろうとしたが、目的の1軒目・2軒目とも閉店(まだ19時半だよ！？)
やむなく2軒目の真後ろにあったこちらへ。
【入店した感想】
カウンター8席、テーブル大小6卓の所、先客は数組。
店内は何となくチャイニーズチック。
売りは麻婆豆腐(と担々麵)。
で「陳麻家」という店名なので、陳健一の麻婆豆腐がどんなものなのか、家に帰ってから調べてみた。
こちらの店名は「陳麻家」。
てっきり陳健一の麻婆豆腐店かと思っていたが、全くの別物！
陳麻家は日本のチェーン店で、都内に10数店舗。
陳健一の麻婆豆腐店は、そのまんま「陳健一麻婆豆腐店」。
こちらは全国に5店舗のみ。
そんなに少ないんだ！？
さらには、中国の成都に本店がある「陳麻婆豆腐」なるチェーンもある。
創業者は陳劉さんという女性で、こちらは全国に10数店舗。
分かりづらっ（笑）
そんな事はお店の中ではつゆ知らず、「ふむふむ、これが陳健一の麻婆豆腐かぁ」などと感慨にふけっていたのが恥ずかしい(笑)
【注文したメニュー】

陳麻飯と半担々麺のセット。
・陳麻飯 味3.6
麻婆豆腐ご飯をカレーライス状に盛り付けてある。
大盛りで頼んだのだが普通盛りに見えたので、「これ大盛りですか？」と聞いてしまった…。
初めて食べるものなのに1辛にしてしまったのだが、唐辛子の辛さと花椒のしびれが割と強烈。
インドカレーでは必ず激辛を食べる私が辛いと思う程だから、辛さに弱い方は辛さを増さない事をお勧めする。
辛さ以上に旨味はあるので、味はご心配なく。
・半担々麺 味3.8
これは「半」と銘打たれている通り量は少なめ。
陳麻飯のスープ代わりか。
具は、小松菜、ひき肉。
ゴマのコクはあるが、甘さのないスープがで好み♪
同じ1辛だが、こちらは辛さ弱め。
細麺で美味。
●焼売 450円 味3.9 コスパ3.0
餃子を食べようと思ったが、焼売をプッシュしているようだったので急きょ変更。
ただこの料理が来るのが遅くて、セットをほぼ食べ終えた頃到着…。
3個入り。
蒸したてアツアツ。
肉の旨味たっぷりで、ジューシー。
美味っ！
辛子醤油より酢醤油が合った。
ただ、普段スーパーで8個入り80円を食べてるものからすると異様に高く感じる(笑)
【全体の感想】
食べ終わって店を出る頃に、唇にしびれ。
こんなの蒙古タンメン食べて以来。
3辛頼める人は相当な勇者。
