週末 開店時間ピッタリの16時！一番乗りの訪問です。
コの字カウンターに案内されます。
店内は古さは感じますが、凄く綺麗にされていて
最高の雰囲気です。あっという間にほぼ満席です。
生ビールで乾杯です。
お通しはヒジキや里芋など5品！
これは嬉しいお通しです。
メニューは揚げ物、炒め物、焼魚、煮魚、刺身、酢の物などなどかなり豊富です。
先ずはおすすめの鯖の燻製をオーダー
みずのこぶ(秋田産)もオーダーしました。
2杯目からは酎ハイに変更。
鯖の燻製は皮はパリっと身はフワッ柔らかく、めちゃくちゃ脂がのっています。燻された香ばしい香りがたまらない1品です。
みずのこぶは秋田産の山菜でシャキシャキしてこぶの部分はネバネバしてます。味付けはさっぱりでこれまた最高です。
平目のこぶ〆をオーダー。
凄く新鮮でプリプリした身にエンガワはコリコリで脂がのっています。もみじおろしの入ったポン酢でさっぱりといただきます。旨い！！
雰囲気、料理、接客全てが最高でした。
