週末の18時頃の訪問です。
この日２軒目！以前から気になっていたこちらは
あのとんねるずの番組できたなシュランで紹介されたお店です。
お店はボロいですが、汚くはありません。
ナイキのヨレヨレのトレーナーを着た大将！
凄く人柄の良さが滲み出ています。
カウンターのネタケースには魚はいなくグラスや食器が置かれていました。
焼酎のお湯割りをいただきます。
めちゃくちゃ濃いヤツでした。
お刺身を適当に切ってもらいます。
中トロ、イカ、鯛の三品！中トロは脂がのって口の中でとろけます。イカはコリっとした食感のイカでタイプです。
鯛は弾力があり甘味があります。旨い！
コハダ、鯛、穴子を握ってもらい鉄火巻を巻いてもらいます。
コハダは予想以上の旨さで絶妙な締め具合です。
穴子はフワッとしてツメも美味しいです。
鉄火巻はこれも中トロで甘くとろけます。
ご飯は柔らかめでモチっとして美味しいお米でした。
常連さんもいい人ばかりで楽しい時間が過ごせました。
ここは当たりでした！近くに来たら又寄りたいお店です。
因みにお店は46年経つそうです。
