なんか十条に行く機会が増えつつあるので、少し開拓を続けることにしました。
５軒目は駅近では貴重な朝食処、蔵。
◆チーズトーストモーニング(\600)
祝日の朝９時頃、マック気分ではなかったので軽く検索して見つけたモーニングセットを狙って、レッツトライ。
珈琲＋ワンプレートのセットで、厚切りトーストを使ったチーズトーストに、焼き卵とキャベツが付いています。
珈琲は少しコク寄りで昭和っぽい印象、客層が高めに思えたので嗜好に合わせてるかも。
トータルでは値段とのバランスがとれていて満足感があります。
◆スパゲティ・ミートソース(\730)＋珈琲(\530)
せっかくなら、という趣旨で当日の夜に再訪してみました。
店外看板でオススメっぽかったスパゲティ・ミートソースを頼んでみたら大当たり。
艶のあるパスタは喫茶店には珍しい生パスタで、クニュクニュ感があって頷く美味さ。
そして同じく艶のあるミートソースが驚くほど美味くて仰け反ります。
ベースのブイヨンが効いている上に肉の味が強く、喫茶店のレベルを遥かに超えるメチャ上質なもの。
これは絶対のオススメです。
という感じの昭和の喫茶 蔵 でした。
単品珈琲は\530と少しお高めで昔ながらの喫茶店ですが、ミートソースの美味さは圧倒的。
