別にゲン担ぎが必要な勝負事が控えているわけではありませんが、カツが食べたい気分。
今回は、東京都北区豊島にあるとんかつ屋「美好」へ行ってまいりました。
明治通りと豊島中央通りの交差点付近にあるのですが、駅からは遠め。
駐車場がないため、交通の便はそれほどよくありません。
外装・内装とも、やや年季が入っています。
店内はテーブル席のみ。15人ほど入ると満員になる、こじんまりとしたお店です。
メニューは意外と多いですが、いずれも良心的な価格です。地味にサイドメニューが充実していたり。
私は、「チキンカツ定食」（税込750円）を注文しました。
定食には、チキンカツ、せんキャベツ、マカロニサラダ、ごはん、みそ汁、納豆とねぎの和え物、冷奴がついてきます。
納豆が割と珍しい存在でしょうか。
チキンカツは、やや肉が薄いものの、揚げたてで美味しい。
さすがにとんかつのお店だけあって、カツのクオリティは高いです。
納豆とねぎの和え物も、シンプルですが美味しいです。
醤油を少し加えると、よりごはんと合う一品になるかもしれません。
