東十条駅からすぐ。ホルモン焼きのお店。
七輪で、自分で焼くスタイル。
夜、訪問した。
結論から言うと、チョーいいお店。
かなり気に入った。
ホルモンを、タレでごまかさない、化学でごまかさない。
ホルモン本来の味わいストレート。直球勝負。
タレなどの下味はついているけれど、必要最低限。邪魔しない。
カシラはカシラの味。ハツはハツの味。
マルチョウはマルチョウの脂の味。シマチョウはシマチョウの脂の味。
当然といえば当然なんだけど、
殆どのホルモン屋は、あらゆるホルモンを強制的にタレの味に集約させる。
タレが主役でホルモンを脇役にしちゃうんだよ。しかも旨み不足を化学で補う。
まぁ、それはそれで美味しいけれど、
やっぱ、ストレートのホルモンの味は知っておきたいよね。
という訳で、こちら。ホルモンが主役でタレは脇役。しかも強制的な化学の嵩上げなし。
おススメ。
ちなみに。
つくねが超絶美味しい。
煮込みも絶妙な味付けでホルモンイキイキ。

Looking at other reviews, there are many positive ratings, but no matter how you look at it, the score is abnormally low. High quality horumon. Thick meat. Rich umami. No sauce to cover it up, no chemicals to cover it up. Hormone for true horumon lovers. The horumon platter here is as fun as ever. You can enjoy various kinds of horumon to your heart's content. You can either grill it thoroughly or lightly (of course, it's cooked through). The platter, stew, and a large bottle of beer are 3,100 yen. Highly recommended.
