最後に今日の晩酌のﾂﾏﾐを何にするか色々なお店で物色し(＾∇＾)
何となく今日は和惣菜の気分だったので決定したお店( ^^)/

ちょっと珍しい揚物で気になり(o^^o)
ちょうど魚系のﾂﾏﾐが食べたかったので～(^^)/
それではいざ実食ですm(._.)mｲﾀﾀﾞｷﾏｽ
【食べた感想】
鰆ﾌﾗｲのﾊﾟﾝ粉は中挽きで揚げてから時間がたっている割にはｻｸｻｸとした食感が少し残っている(o^-^)
衣は厚めで油ぎれが少し悪く油の臭いが少し気になる(^-^;)
鰆の味と旨味はまずまず感じられるが揚油の香りがちょっと邪魔している(-ω-;)
ﾁ-ｽﾞは香り・酸味・風味が弱い一般的なとろけるｽﾗｲｽﾁ-ｽﾞ(^_^)
ﾁ-ｽﾞの香りが揚油の臭みを中和してくれ意外と気にならなくしてくれる(o^^o)
大葉は清涼な香りと風味がとんでいて存在感はない(￣。￣;)
鰆とﾁ-ｽﾞのほのかな塩気があるので自分的にはつけﾀﾞﾚは必要ない(^-^*)
