東十条駅南口から徒歩5分位、有名な和菓子屋黒松の所の信号を右の方に渡ってすぐあります。
今日は四季桜から初めて、八兵衛ぬる燗、 木火土金水のお湯割といきました。
蕎麦前は、粗挽きの蕎麦がき、大豆3種、蕎麦味噌、白和えを注文。
蕎麦は、
佐賀県吉野ヶ里、千葉県成田千葉在来、埼玉県三芳、島根県さひめの4種。
それぞれのお蕎麦の風味、味が良いのは言うまでもないのですが、蕎麦前の味付けも絶妙で上品で、どれも丁寧な仕事が伺えます。
阿部誠氏の器や小物が頻繁にお目見えするのも楽しかったです。
