後輩から紹介されて伺った『串揚げBaru ヒロ』♪
お隣の王子には、『串かつ でんがな』『串カツ田中』などがあるが、東十条にはない。
ということは、東十条では初の串揚げ店ということになるだろう。
場所は東十条商店街の中ほど、スーパーみらべるさんを過ぎてすぐのところにある。
メニューを見ると、串揚げ以外にもアラカルト多数。
とりあえずは【お疲れ様一杯セット】なるものを頼んでみる。
こちらは串揚げ４本と、生ビール・グラスワイン(赤、白、スパークリング)・サワー各種から一杯♪
これで1000円。

・玉ねぎ
・牛ハラミ
この【お疲れ様一杯セット】は何回でも頼めるそう♪
その場合、串揚げの種類は違うものを出してくれるそうだ☆
これはお得♪
しかし、そのセットだけでお腹いっぱいにしてしまってはレビュー的に面白みがないので、色々と頼んでみることにする。
まず、ワインをボトルで♪
◆プティセラー ジンファンデル(仏 シャルドネ)
スパークリングを飲んだ後だからか、シャルドネにしてはちょっと甘めに感じた☆
続いてお好みで野菜と魚の串揚げ
■紅生姜
今や関東でも定番になりつつある、紅生姜の串揚げ♪
肉厚で、紅生姜の酸っぱ辛さがイイ。
ソースも塩もいらない、このままで美味しい。
■キス
ちょっと小ぶりなキスだが、まあまあ。塩でいただく。
■アスパラ
ソースでも塩でも♪
■アボカド
アボカド好きにはたまらない串揚げ♪
ソースが合うかなぁ。
続いてはアラカルトからいくつかチョイス♪
■春野菜のバーニャカウダ
春野菜？？(笑)
どうみても春野菜ではないかなσ(^_^;)?
今の季節はもう『夏』でございます。
バーニャソースが美味しいだけに、そういう細かいところにも配慮が欲しかった。
■スペアリブのマーマレード煮
「春野菜」という表記ミスを挽回させてくれる渾身の一品♪
ホロッと崩れるスペアリブは、ほどよい甘味で、白ワインでも美味しくいただける。
むしろ、赤よりも白のほうが合うかもしれない☆
■ホタテのアヒージョ
グツグツと煮たったココットにたっぷりのホタテ♪
一緒に頼んだバケットも、きちんと温められていて◎
オーブンして四年目だという、こちらの『串揚げBaru ヒロ』
東十条にようやくできた待望の串揚げ屋ということで、常連さんらしいお客さんで賑わっている。
スタッフさんも感じがよく、男前が揃っている。
串揚げメインのお店だけに致し方ないが、メニュー表やカウンターが油でちょっとベトベト…(-_-;)
そういうところへの配慮は、やはりでんがなや、田中のほうが上か…♪
東十条という僕の好きな街で、これからも長くやっていってほしいお店ではある。
