I visited after 7pm on a certain day in December 2021. Fried Skewers Baru Hiro is located about a 2-minute walk from Higashijujo Station. There were no customers in the not-so-large store. I sit alone at the counter seat. It's not lacking in cleanliness, but it does feel a little dirty. This may be due to poor placement of items in the store. I looked at the menu and saw the "Otsukaresama Ippai Set" (¥1,000), which included a drink and 4 skewers of Fried Skewers, so I ordered it. I chose "The Premium Malt's" for the set drink. If you drink Premol to quench your thirst, you will be given an appetizer. The appetizer is stir-fried pork, komatsuna, and fried vegetables, but to be honest, it's not delicious. Try the appetizer and know what this restaurant is capable of. Fried Skewers (onions): I eat onion Fried Skewers with sauce, but I felt they should have been cooked a little more. I think it's good if you like spicy onions. Fried Skewers (nekku): ``nekku'' is a type of chicken fillet. I also think it would be better to fry it a little longer. I felt like it felt a little raw. The clothes aren't good either. I want a crispy texture. Deep-Fried Skewers: You can't go wrong with Fried Skewers. I'm grateful for the consistent taste. Fried Skewers (shrimp): Small shrimp Fried Skewers. This one had a thin batter and was fried properly. The taste is quite normal. Goes well with beer. Mentai Mayonnaise Pizza ¥600: I ordered Mentai Mayonnaise Pizza as an additional food menu. The fabric is not good. It was quite salty and the balance of the dish was not very good. The quality is low for a bar pizza. As for Ayari, Fried Skewers Baru left a disappointing impression. There are some bar-like menu items other than Fried Skewers, but there was nothing that made me want to order. I understand that there is a reason why there are no customers. It's a store that looks like it's going to be tough without major improvements.
