バングラセット1400円
久しぶりの訪問となるタイガー。
12:00頃訪ねてみるとまだやってないようで東十条周辺をぷらぷら。イスラムモスクの前を通ると礼拝の時間が終わったようで中からバングラ人がいっぱい出てきた。ひょっとしてこの時間にあわせてオープンかと思い、改めてお店に行ってみるとちょうど開店した様子で予想的中。
まだ誰もお客がいない店内に入り中を見渡してみる。以前訪問した時とメニューや内装が異なっていて、インドカレーセットの類は一切ない。
大将から渡されたメニューにはビリヤニなどのラインナップ。ボッタはあるか聞いてみると「バングラセットね」との返答。とりあえず頼んでみると見事なボッタセットが登場。言ってみればふりかけや佃煮、塩辛のようなイメージのご飯のお供セット。ガツンとスパイスとマスタードオイルが効いた刺激的な味でご飯がすすむくん。お酒にめちゃくちゃ合うだろうと思いながら白飯をがっつく。サンバルのようなスープと鯉のカレーもとても美味い。ちょっとクセ強めだけど、中毒性の強い味わい。
食事をしていると礼拝を終えたムスリムたちが5、6人入って来てお茶だけ飲んで雑談して立ち去って行った。マニア度合い高めの店へと変貌を遂げているようだ。
