十条銀座に入って、日高屋を左折、十条仲通りを加賀屋を越えるとあります
この仲通りは狭いです
１階はカウンター席のみ 奥に長い
店内は明るく清潔なカウンター席
２割ぐらいの客入り 奥に通される
店主とアシスタント男性、女性の３名体制
QRコードで注文とのこと 言っては悪いが、この規模もQRコードか！
ただしお通しや席料は掛からないは良い
メニューは豚もつは希少部位が多く、牛もつもあります
他には肉刺し、煮込み、冷菜、揚げ物、ご飯類と言ったところ

ホイスは検索するとホイス・グレーシーばかりが出て来るが、
白金にある(有)ジィ・ティ・ユーが製造する「ホイス」という酒の割り材
焼酎を炭酸水と合わせて割る琥珀色の飲料だが、小売りされていないので珍しい

おばちゃんがお酒担当らしいが、新米らしく、色入りと聞いていた
店主は黙ったままで、アシスタンとの男性が司令塔です
やや量は少ないがホイスです

名物らしい
お皿にはマカロニ、卵黄、チーズ、Bペッパー
自分でマゼマゼしてマカロニにカルボナーラ風ですかね
チーズはチーズグレーターでシャカシャカ擦ってくれました
マカロニがカタメの茹で上がりでこってり濃厚な味わい
初めは良いが、だんだん飽きて来るのが難点だ
ホイスのあてにはハイカラ過ぎたかな
１回目のホイスをぐぐーと飲んでお替り
QRコードにソッコーで入力しても、店員スタッフが気づかない
目の前にいるので、口頭で頼んだ方が良さそう(笑)

焼きとんを頼むと薬味が供される
辛子味噌、青唐辛子味噌、にんにく味噌の3種
ねぎればーは塩焼でしっかり焼き、胡麻油とねぎみじん切りが載る
もつ焼きは小ぶりだね 火が入る過ぎているのは好みかな
私はもっとレアがよいけど
かしらは塩で
こちらは小さいな
ねぎが１個挟まったタイプ
しっかりとした火入れ
味は良いけどね
隣にいたオヤジ組がいたが、やたらオヤジの声がデカイから
居心地が悪くなり退散
会計後も、店主は反応なし 愛想はナッシング
正直言うと、点数は高すぎると思いますね
