飲み友さんにお誘い頂き十条駅からすぐの場所にある「にほんしゅ椿 日本酒BAR」に行ってきました。
お店に辿り着けず、お店のそばを2周ぐらいウロウロしてしまった。。。相変わらずの方向音痴（涙）
今回は５品ペアリングコースとの事でしたが、最近あまり量が食べれない私には調度良い量でした♬
日本酒をワイングラスで頂くのも楽しく、2種類くらいはお燗で頂く贅沢な夜。
日本酒のペアリングは色んなお話（蔵の方のお話など）を聞けるのが良いですね。
今回頂いたお食事は、なめろうにレモングラスが入っていたり、味玉が台湾風だったり、お料理に色んな工夫がされてて美味しかった～
また行けると良いな
・酒粕のスープ
・ブリのなめろう（レモングラス入り）
・台湾風味玉（オイスター風味）、ネギトロと香草のバゲット
・桃とクリームチーズの揚げ春巻き
・ポークソテーとイチジクのソース
