よめに北区東十条の人気和菓子屋「草月」のどら焼き・黒松を買いに行かされた帰りに、同店の向かいにある中華料理店「興隆」に立ち寄ってきました。
「草月」の方は行列ができるほどの人気があるお店ですが、「興隆」の方は、外観の色合いが派手な割にはそれほど混雑しているというわけではありませんでした。
「興隆」は、中国人が経営しているみたい。
東京都内には、何か所か同名の中華料理店があるようですが、関係性はあるのかな？
メニューは非常に豊富で、フードメニューだけで160種類近くあります。目移りしちゃうかも。
昼の時間帯の訪問だったので、ランチタイム限定の日替わりを注文しました。
日替わりは、3種類から選べ、いずれも税込734円です。私は、「ホルモンとニンニクの芽の四川風」を選びました。
日替わりセットには、メインディッシュのほか、ごはん、卵スープ、漬物、冷奴、杏仁豆腐がつきます。
メインディッシュの「ホルモンとニンニクの芽の四川風」は、辛味が強く、ご飯必須です。
スタミナがチャージできそうですが、汗っかきには厄介な食べ物かも。
食べ慣れていない料理ということもありますが、本場・中国風の斬新な味でした。
