坦々刀削麺 一人前 680円
チュルン。
もっちりながら滑らかな刀削麺。
十条駅から徒歩で2分程度。
こちらは人通りの多い商店街の隣りの路地です。
その細い路地を入ると「チャーボン」の赤い看板。
チャーボンって？
ですが、ランチメニューに刀削麺がありましたのでお邪魔します。
因みにチャーボンの説明は写真で(^^)
シンプルな1階はテーブル席のみ。
比較的空いていました。
2階もあるらしく結構収容できそうです。
刀削麺は3種類。
それぞれ麺量が選べます。
小盛り580円から、一人前680円、大盛り780円。
小盛りがある設定はありがたいですね。
そして真ん中を普通盛りと呼ばずに一人前と表記。
小盛りにしようかと思いましたが、それだと半人前呼ばわりに？
変な見栄を張り一人前に(^_^)
※坦々刀削麺
赤いスープ表面に緑の野菜が映えます。
ネギの下には多めのひき肉。
そして少し透き通った感じの刀削麺。
結構なボリュームあります。
スープは見た目こそ赤いですが、その下は味噌ベースの大人しめなスープです。
よってそんなに辛くはありません。
味噌味？
辛味？
又は胡麻ベース？
などなど、どちらかに特徴があると尚良いかも。
刀削麺はもっちり食感。
表面が滑らかなのでスルスルと進みます。
麺の弾力が強いので汁はね注意！
さて、見栄を張ったばかりに、一人前の麺量を完食できずに残す羽目に…
自分はやはり半人前でした(^_^)
